Your safety is our priority. All piercing procedures are carried out following strict hygiene and infection-control standards to ensure a clean and controlled environment.

Each piercing is performed with care, precision and full attention to hygiene to minimise risk and support safe healing.

Before & Aftercare

Proper preparation and aftercare are essential for safe healing and comfort. Follow the guidance below to reduce irritation and complications.

01. Before your piercing
  • Eat a meal and stay hydrated
  • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours
  • Arrive in good health and well-rested
  • Bring valid photo ID (18+)
  • Tell us about any medical conditions or allergies
02.​ Aftercare (first days)
  • Clean twice daily with sterile saline
  • Wash hands before touching
  • Do not twist or move jewellery unnecessarily
  • Keep the area clean and dry
03. Avoid
  • Swimming (pools/hot tubs/lakes/sea) during early healing
  • Alcohol/peroxide/strong antiseptics
  • Makeup/creams near the area
  • Changing jewellery too early
04. Healing time (guide)
  • Lobe: 6–8 weeks
  • Cartilage: 3–6 months
  • Nose: 2–4 months
  • Lip/Tongue: 6–8 weeks
  • Navel: up to 9 months

Increasing pain/swelling after the first days, strong odour, green/yellow discharge, heat, or fever — contact us or seek medical advice. Do not remove jewellery unless advised.
